Hi all!

I am trying for the first time to create a workflow with the default templates (approval and collect feedback) on a shared document; but the workflow fails to start, I obtain the following error message:

"The workflow failed to start due to an internal error."

I've found the following "solution" on two different forums:

"To resolve this issue I reload the “Windows Workflow Foundation” performance counters using the following command:

Lodctr c:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v3.0\Windows Workflow Foundation\perfcounters.ini"

... But with no feedback and I do not want to run a blind command on the server of my company

Does somebody knows why it does not work and how to fix it? And if the magic command really works and if yes, why?
