Team System Rocks #1
Visual Studio Team System User Education - Process Planning Guide

David has written a nice guideline of things you should consider when planning your process, and how Team Foundation and VSTS work into all of that. I especially like that he gives you things to think about. I'm still a little fuzzy on the whole Security vs Roles aspect, but I think that is more me needing to get into VSTS and look around than anything else. This is definitely a good read. Please check it out and leave him some comments. The more comments that User Education people get from us, the better documentation we will receive.

Don Smith - Virtual PC and Differencing Disks

Ok, this post has been printed and put in my binder of "Cool Things I Want To Remember, But Will Still Search Forever To Find". Done does a GREAT job of explaining what differencing disks are, how you can use them, and then provides a detail step-by-step example of setting them up. I'm definitely going to re-evaluate my use of VPC after reading this post.

Thom Robbins - Look at the Object Datasource

This is a cool (Flash? Maybe) demo of using the Object DataSource. I am really like these little five minute videos, which really distill down into exactly what you need to know. Keep up the great work!

Adamu - Myth Busting Testing and Test Automation

I'm just starting to learn more about Test Driven Development, and starting to pay more attention to testing in general. Adam does a good job with this post of addressing a potential testing myth, and telling you why it is not true. Here is a good quote:

If you would only run a test once, then you've written the wrong test, or you haven't started testing soon enough.

I'd have to agree with that statement.

Sara Ford - What C# books to read

I own one of these books, "C# and the .NET platform", but I have not read it yet. My coworker has "The C# Programming Language", which I think he has read part of. I may have to check out the other two. After all, nothing says "I'm a Developer!" like a shelf full of technical books you have not finished.

And finally

Misc. Stuff
